What is it?

MicroCover from Microfiber is a rigid glass-wool pipe section, 1 m standard length and 64 kg/m³ standard density. This version is factory-faced with aluminium foil for moisture protection; it is slit along one side with a facing flap to cover the joint, which is then sealed with aluminium tape. The maker gives a facing temperature limitation of −20 to 116 °C (ASTM C1136).
