What is it?
SCG HTIF is glass wool for industrial high-temperature insulation, 3-way reinforced aluminium foil on one side. The maker lists uses such as machine casings, pipe wrapping, furnaces, boilers and large hot-air ducts, at up to 540 °C. Rolls at 16, 26 and 32 kg/m³ and boards at 32 and 38 kg/m³; 50 and 75 mm thick.

Limitations to know
